Sunrise to Sunset: Experience a full day of shopping and pampering. Start with a private car pick-up from your hotel, then meet Rachel for a coffee and chat before hitting the shops. After a delightful lunch, cap off your perfect day with a relaxing spa treatment, and then enjoy a private car ride back to your hotel.
Adelaide Hills Food Safari
Embark on a slow food safari through the Adelaide Hills, sampling vibrant fruits from an expansive orchard and enjoying a unique alfresco dining experience at Topiary, nestled in the beautiful grounds of Newman’s Nursery. Visit the Peregrine Store to discover handcrafted, authentic products that celebrate a return to basics and the art of slow living. Conclude your journey at Applewood Distillery, where you can savour small-batch, handcrafted spirits that emphasise native ingredients and sustainable practices.
The Outback Mail Run Adventure
Arrive in Adelaide, where you will stay at the Trpy by Wyndham. The next day, you will fly to the opal mining town of Coober Pedy, where half the population lives underground. You will enjoy sundowners with a view across the Opal fields, and staying overnight in a Coober Pedy hotel (underground or above-ground). Next morning, the Outback Mail Man will guide you through over 600 kilometres of rugged terrain. Discover the splendour and marvels of this unique region, hear tales of early settlers and explorers, visit present-day homesteads, savour the flavours of quirky outback establishments, and experience a lifestyle preserved by a select few. The next day, you will be given a guided tour of Coober Pedy, and you will enjoy lunch before heading off for your flight to Adelaide.

Experience an Adelaide Art Journey like no other. The first stop is at the David Roche Foundation Museum, custodian of an exceptional collection of antiques, paintings & objects d'art accumulated by the late David Roche over his lifetime. The next stop is Carrick Hill, set in a 100-acre estate in the Adelaide foothills, with spectacular views stretching to the ocean. Carrick Hill is Australia’s most intact period mansion, lovingly preserved for all to enjoy today. Enjoy lunch at Rozelle's with a menu inspired by Mediterranean flavours before venturing to Handorf to explore The Cedars, which is a gracious old home containing a fine collection of paintings and drawings by artist Sir Hans Heysen.
