In partnership with SA Destination Management Co. we welcomed 1450 cruise passengers to an outdoor exhibition event in March, 2025. I enjoyed working with Sondra and the team from SAdmc. SAdmc were engaged by Regional Development Australia Adelaide Hills, Fleurieu Peninsula, Kangaroo Island to plan and deliver four launch events for the Regional Drought Resilience Plan. These four events (Stokes Bay, Mount Barker, Hindmarsh Valley and Paracombe) were very successful in achieving their goals of informing the community about the plan and celebrating its release with stakeholders. There was strong attendance at the events including local politicians and media. SAdmc's planning and coordination combined with their attention to detail and consistent follow up ensured the success of these events.
